Safety Pass Alliance Passports
The Safety Pass Alliance (SPA) is an organisation aiming to design and implement a broad range of training schemes, meeting the requirements of industry and commercial clients training needs. The courses are delivered through a network of UK training providers.
Safety Train is one of the founding training providers for this scheme, which has now developed into a must have qualification for contractors working in all industry sectors in the UK.
At the heart of the programme is the Core Day, which is then followed by a sector specific second day. Delegates are continually assessed throughout the day by a series of multiple choice questionnaires, and receive their pass on successful completionof both the core & sector days.
Safety Train currently offers the following two Safety Passports throughout the UK.
Quarry Sector Passport
Course Information: This nationally recognised course administered through the Safety Pass Alliance (SPA) is designed for contractor personnel working in quarries throughout the UK. The course is over 2-days - Day 1 is the core health and safety module common to the SPA passport, with Day 2 specific to health and safety in the quarry sector. Delegates understanding is continually tested throughout the course by multiple choice questions, with successful completion culminating in delegates being issued with the SPA Quarry Sector Passport - due to registration requirements Safety Train cannot issue the Passport on the final day of the course. The Passport is valid for 3-years and must be renewed within 3-years |

Quarry Sector Passport Renewal
Course Information: 1-day renewal course for existing holders of the SPA Quarry Sector Passport which must be renewed within 3-years of the issue date. Candidates with expired cards will be required to re-sit the 2-days (Core & Quarry Sector). Candidates need to bring along their existing SPA Quarry Passport and National Insurance Number for inclusion on the pass and registration documentation - due to registration requirements Safety Train cannot issue the Passport on successful completion of the renewal course. |

Petrol Retail Sector Passport
